Born to refugee parents in a refugee camp in Thailand, Sophy’s journey is one of profound resilience and faith. Despite facing immense adversity, her unyielding spirit has propelled her forward, even in the face of life’s most painful trials. Following the unexpected passing of her husband in 2021, Sophy sought to create a meaningful legacy to honor his life and continue the work they had started together. This led her to establish the Brian Thomas Legacy Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization. Through the foundation, Sophy has awarded over $8,000 in scholarship funds and launched impactful programs like "The Footprints," which inspires individuals to embrace their inner greatness, create a legacy, and make living on purpose contagious!

Deeply committed to family values, Sophy is passionate about strengthening blended families and supporting healthy co-parenting relationships. Her team is currently developing "The Father’s Right Initiative," a program designed to empower fathers by educating them on their parental rights while encouraging positive character development. As a woman leading this initiative, Sophy positions herself as a dedicated ally, working alongside fathers to promote healthy, cooperative parenting.

Now in the final stages of her debut book, Sophy continues to share her journey of self-discovery, healing, and purpose with audiences worldwide. Her mission is to inform, educate, and inspire others by sharing her story, bringing hope, and fostering healing for those seeking a more fulfilled life
